I can only speak my truth.
There are obstacles and storms
And a battery of words
Arrows being slung
Fortresses being built
People are out or they are in
And do not know which side is best
We do not look at the eyes
We do not see the soul
We search too often for the familiar
We say save the unborn!
And abuse and starve the living.
My heart breaks
But my soul must speak
Please, before its too late
Save the world.
